Applications are invited for the following regular pots of Balochistan Quota to be filled in the National Highway Authority as per detail given below:


Assistant (Engineer)
B.Sc Civil 1st Class OR M.Sc in relevant subject

Assistant Director (administration/Secretariat)
MA/MPA



Assistant Director (Computer/MIS)
MS/MCS/MIT/ Master in Computer software Engineering OR 04 years BCS/BIT/ M.Sc (Statistics) will be preferred



Personal Assistant (PA)
B.A
Full command on short hand, typing & 5 years experience in office management.



Stenographer
Graduate. 100/50 wpm shorthand/typing

Office Assistant
Graduate


Draftsman
3 years Diploma Civil/ Drafting/Design from the Board of Technical Education’s Recognized institute 3 years in relevant field


Laboratory Technician
F.Sc/Diploma in Civil
3 years in relevant field


Enumerator
FA (Economics)
3 years in relevant field

Surveyor
3 years diploma in Civil Engineering
4 years in relevant field

The tests for these posts will be conducted at Quetta.
All the candidates applying for above-mentioned posts shall be entitled to an upper age relaxation as pre Federal Government Rules. Age and experience will be counted upto closing date fixed for receipt of applications i.e. October 22, 2011.

The requisite experience mentioned against each post must be in relevant field and pot qualified.

Experience gained before passing the requisite qualification will not be countable.

Degree/Certificates issued only by HEC recognized university/institute would be acceptable.

The competent authority reserves the right to cancel recruitment process or increase/decrease number of advertised posts at any stage without assigning any reason.

Selected candidates will be posted any where in Pakistan on requirement basis.

The candidates are required to mention the post applying for on the right top corner of the envelop. In case of applying for more than one post, separate form/envelope should be sued.

All necessary information and prescribed application proforma may be viewed/downloaded from NHA website http://www.nha.gov.pk.

Applications form filled/written vaguely shall not be entertained. Incomplete applications (not on prescribed proforma or any column left blank or any requisite document/certificate not attached with the application form) and those received after due date shall not be entertained.

Prescribed Application Form dully signed and filled in, in all respect along with attached copies of CNIC, qualifications, degree/certificates along with detailed marks sheets, domicile and two recent photographs must reach at the following address latest by October 22, 2011.
