CARE international in Pakistan invites applications from qualified candidates for the following position of project Manager, Technical & Vocational Training for its Country office in Islamabad.Project Manager Technical & Vocational Training (1 Position Based in Islamabad)
The prerequisites are a master’s degree preferably in a social science or business related with disciplines of workforce development and at least 5 years senior level experience of workforce development, project management (including budgetary / financial management) experience with an international organization. Experience in designing and conducting field studies, developing and implementing operational plans & budgets is required. Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with donors, local and international NGOs, and government counterparts is required. H/She should be excellent creative and conceptual skills, advanced writing and clear oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and computer skills.
