Pakistan Software Export Board (PSED) is an entity within government charged with the task of accelerating growth in the IT and IT enabled services sector. PSEB requires services of a dynamic and high caliber professional for the post of Managing Director on Contract basis initially for a period of two years in MP-I Pay Scale.

Qualification: A Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (at least 16 years of education) PhD will be given preference.

Age Limit: The candidate should be below 55 years of age by the closing date of applications.

Experience: At least 15 years of post qualification experience is required. The candidate must have experience in international marketing, business development and Project Management, the last few years of which should have been spent in heading major IT or ITes (IT enabled services) company or IT consulting organization within the country or abroad. Experience in formulating ICT policies for growth and development of organizations at entrepreneur level would be preferred.

Pay Packages & Facilities: This is an Islamabad based contractual position in MP-I scale (Rs. 195, 000- 15,000-240,000). This includes house rent allowance (Rs. 75,000-105,000) and utilities allowance (Rs. 9,750-12,000) and a chauffeur driven car. Entitlement to medical and other allied facilities are as admissible under the government Rules. NO. other benefits would be admissible or will be considered over and above salary and package mentioned here.
