Internships Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund

Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) is the lead institution for grassroot development in the country. It has partnered with 100 organizations working in over 89,000 villages/settlements in 130 districts.

Outreach of PPAF now extends throughout Pakistan and its interventions in microcredit, energy, infrastructure, disaster management and preparedness, livelihood and social protection, health, education, disability, human and institutional development have been widely recognized.

PPAF invites applications from young graduates for its internship programme commencing early next year with class room training and field attachment. In addition, subject to performance a select number of interns will be retained from advanced field immersion. Each intern will get the stipend of Rs. 15,000 during class room training and Rs. 20,000 during field attachment.

Fresh graduates of not more than 28 years of age, with Masters in Social Sciences or equivalent degree having interest in developing institutions of the poor for achieving community-driven-development can apply before December 6, 2011.
