Senior Manager – Marketing Planning

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the strong Toyota brand. Develop, present and implement annual marketing plans and mid to long term business strategy to further strengthen the competitive edge. Manage projects from inception to successful completion. Develop / steward budgets for diverse marketing activities.

Analyze, develop and present market trends. Market research. Competitor analysis, and seek out new opportunities to enhance product slate and business growth.

Create synergy and work effectively with regional Toyota interfaces on all matters relating to product planning, development and placement.

Expand existing dealership network for increased market Penetration.

Develop and coordinate production planning to ensure product availability consistent with market demand.

Attributes required:
Excellence in managing competing priorities, strong attention to detail, through problem solving and follow through capabilities.

Strong on ethics, integrity and ability to fully assimilate the Toyota Ways and values.

Provide strong leadership and develop assigned team to attain ultimate potential and best support business strategy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

High degree of intellect, commitment, articulation and ability to work cross functionally in an environment that places high focus on value creation and customer orientation.

Incumbent’s profile:
Qualification: MBA in Marketing from well reputed Universities.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Brand Management.
