The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is an internationally acclaimed, not-for-profit organization, providing quality education to 102,000 less privileged children in Pakistan through 730 purpose built school units. TCF is looking for a respected professional to guide its Resource Mobilization and Marketing effort. The role of Vice President reports to the CEO and is part of TCP’s senior management structure. The ideal candidate should have a passion to change lives of the less privileged through quality education and an understanding of the TCF cause. The position is based at TCF’s Head Office in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Raising funds to cover TCF’s annual operating and capital expenditure Managing a diverse donor base in Pakistan and in nine other countries.
Developing new donors, especially amongst Pakistani diaspora in north America.
Strategizing to develop longer-term funding avenues to contribute to TCF’s sustainability.
As part of the senior management team, guide TCF’s existing operations and future growth plans.

Candidates must have at least 15 years of senior level experience in marketing/sales management. Incumbent should demonstrate clarity of through, energy to mobilize donors and excellence in managing relationships. Understanding of and experience in North America will be an advantage as the role requires traveling to the regions.
