Manager Human Resources

Reporting to General Manager-Human Resources, the incumbent will be responsible to plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation and employee relations, prepare and maintain job documentation and job evaluation systems, develop and schedule training and development courses, recommend, develop and maintain human resource data base & computer software systems.

Applicants having Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources from a reputed university with at least 5 years of experience will be considered. The position requires a strong problem solving and general management expertise, outstanding communication, presentation & high level of interpersonal skills.
